More comments on Women in combat

I linked to Reasoned Audacity's post on women in combat after her meeting with General Schoomaker in mid-April. For me, this is a pretty clear-cut matter.

I find it morally indecent to subject daughters, wives, mothers and sisters to the horrors of combat. They deserve better, and I said so that day.

Charmaine has continued the discussion with three additional posts in the last week-and-a-half. All with additional perspective and interesting comments. I for one wait to see what her continued discussions with the Pentagon reveal about just what is/isn't going on.
