Our offer on this cute little 3 bedroom home in the Village was accepted yesterday afternoon and we received a call from our realtor last night during dinner.
We had a house full of people at a goodbye-gathering there to celebrate the good news with!
Escrow on the Glendale house will close around September 6th, while we'll close on this a few days later.
