They almost held Halloween without the kids last night in our neighborhood. The Trick-or-treaters started late and were much fewer and farther between than last year, much to the dismay of my wife who lives for the site of barely-able-to-walk toddlers in their Princess costumes.
In total, the traffic was down nearly 80% to last year. Where'd all the kids go!?
