Happy Days are here again, right?! After 12 years in the political wilderness, Democrats returned to Congress and assumed their positions of leadership in the House and Senate today.

No doubt that all the world's wrongs will be righted with the new planned minimum-wage hike, universal health-care and other overdue Gubmint programs that may be coming our way. But somehow, I couldn't help but think that today's rainy weather was an incredibly apt bit of providential foreshadowing.
