Health blogging

There's political blogs, there's sports blogs, there are aggregators, analyzers and advocaters. Sim and I are, at least at this point in time, what you'd call a general blog: guys who write about whatever strikes their fancy, whether it be baseball, Iraq, cultural-divides or who-knows-what else.

Well, now it's time for some health-blogging. My wife has been dealing with a number of issues in the last several months. None of them are overly serious or threatening, but combined they have proven very inconvenient and bothersome.

Today we finally took a concrete step toward resolving one of them. My wife has scheduled surgery for removal of her gall bladder for next Friday, May 20th. Any and all prayers are gratefully accepted!
