The Governor and Republican legislature reach a budget agreement. At first blush, it seems that Janet got slightly more of what she wanted than did state Republicans but all in all this seems a compromise that both can be happy with.

On a completely different note, this is the kind of thing that will make her hard to beat next year. And they wonder why nobody wants to run against her...
