In Bloom
My wife knows flowers. It's in the genes. My father in law actually has a degree in horticulture and worked for a time in the flower industry in Lompoc back in the 70's. Me...I don't know nothin' 'bout 'em.
Asked when a flower blooms, my default answer is Spring. Seems reasonable...flowers bloom in spring, you plant in spring...everything's green in spring time, no?
Not everything blooms in the Spring, however. Regardless of season, idiocy like this is in full bloom nearly year-round:
Anyone noticing how quickly, steadily and clearly America is becoming a one-party Republican empire?
They elect, appoint and hire each other and openly foster hate toward the liberal half of Americans and utter distain for the rest of the world.
They are a greater threat to America than Iraq ever was.
Yes, we're much more dangerous than a tyrant that starts two regional wars, kills hundreds of thousands of his own citizens and rewards Palestinian terrorism from his oil coffers. Why stop there...
Surely we're worse than people who go to great lengths to say in video and audio recordings as well as their on-line writings that their main goal in life is to kill Americans. I'm sure we've got to be at least that dangerous, if not more.
You're definitely onto something there, Francis.
