Even more testimony
After watching Karl Rove return to the grand jury for further testimony, speculation grew that things had finally begun to turn in the Plame investigation...turn and head straight for the President's chief adviser. While that is still a distinct possibility, I wonder what people are making of this return trip:
In her second grand jury appearance, New York Times reporter Judith Miller on Wednesday recounted a previously undisclosed conversation she had with Vice President Dick Cheney's chief of staff about a critic of the Bush administration.
Miller's testimony in the investigation of the leak of a CIA officer's name came the day after she surrendered notes on her contact with I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby about former U.S. Ambassador Joseph Wilson.
Makes me wonder who said what about who over the last week that has Fitzgerald recalling these two important figures in the investigation.
