"Yes, that is what I have been saying all along!"

A great line from one of the lesser Pink Panther movies. I am no expert, but I do have the ability to make informed observations and I have been doing so vis-a-vis the housing market here in Phoenix.

For all the concern over the potential for a bursting-bubble here, the conditions are not quite right. There is still too much growing to do. The market, left to itself with no outside influences will continue to grow and housing prices will rise accordingly, if not somewhat faster because of outside investors.

I know this because I lived in Southern California for 30+ plus years. Some things are elementary and don't require 20 years industry-specific experience to understand. This is one of them.

Nice to see experts agree!
