What does this tell us?

Andrew Sullivan and Jonah Goldberg reflect my opnion that the lackluster government response to Katrina represents a significant failure on the part of our new Department of Homeland Security. Guess it would behoove us all to go out and stock up on duct tape and plastic sheeting. We're on our own, folks.
